The arrival of the cohort # 7 in Piacenza

The cohort # 7 finally arrived in Piacenza! This year, 31 students will learn about sensory analysis following also economical and statistical lectures. The students will stay in Piacenza, in the Emilia- Romagna regions for 6 weeks during which they will additionally visit Italian farms and enterprises. Each week-end we will show what the students have seen and learnt, especially regarding sensory analysis and guided visits. Stay tuned friends, it will be a special journey!
