Portugal Agro and the Portuguese products

Portugal Agro too place last month in Lisbon, presenting the country's diversity of agricultural food and beverages.

Producers and their representatives showed the taste of Portuguese products, but also presented a big range of Protected Denomination of Origin (PDO) food products: Mel da Terra Quente, Queijo de Cabra Transmontano, Castanha da Terra Fria, Azeite de Trás-os-Montes, Carne Maronesa.

"Green Wine" (Vinho Verde) made taste sessions showing the variety of wines produced in the region, and the enotourist routes that can be visited during the whole year. Vinho Verde is a protected white wine from the north of the country.
